It is amazing, despite the appearance of names such as Strauss and Schubert, that the music on this debut CD is the first time it has been recorded in its authentic form. It is sweet, lilting, lovely music that can waft you back to the times of cafe society, filled with good company and the strains of a small musical ensemble playing in the background.
